AUGA organic eringi mushrooms are always fresh, with silky texture, solid fleshy stem and subtle flavour. They are usually prepared as a main dish, or used for soups, pasta or side dishes. They make a perfect match with seafood and meat.
Our mushrooms are grown in modern mushroom farms, using our own mushroom substate comprising of natural raw materials. Our farms operate in an environmentally sustainable way. We do not use GMOs, pesticides or other chemical fertilizers. The mushrooms are hand-picked, carefully selected and handled with care while packing to ensure quality and firmness.
