Taco stuffed grill champignons

  1. We prepare garlic oil: in a bowl we mix oil, grated garlic, herb mixture and salt, pepper.
  2. We wash and dry the mushrooms, remove the stems.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the oil, add the ground beef and bake. Add the diced peppers and champignon stalks, grate the garlic and fry for a few more minutes. Add the beans, tomato paste, spices and stir.
  4. Spread the mushroom heads with the prepared garlic oil.
  5. We fill the mushrooms with the prepared taco filling.
  6. Top with chopped Nachos chips and grated cheddar.
  7. Bake champignons on a heated grill for about 10 minutes. You can also bake them in the oven, in which case bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  8. When serving, sprinkle with chopped coriander and chili pepper slices.
