Grilled champignons with cheese

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Pour oil into the pan and place the fried sunflowers, onions cut into rings
  2. After a little frying, add salt, pepper and brown sugar. Caramelize everything.
  3. Wash mushrooms and cut the stalks, if necessary, widen the caps by cutting from the bottom of the cap.
  4. Put the prepared champignons in a bowl together with pepper, salt, parsley, garlic, oil and mix everything.
  5. We take the champignons and put a teaspoon of caramelized onions with sunflowers in a hat, a piece of cottage cheese and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake on the grill until the cheese melts and the champignons turn golden. It will take about 7-9 minutes, but the cooking time depends on the grill and heat.
