Burger with portobello mushroom



  1. Prepare a healthy sauce: peel the avocado, add a little salt and pepper, squeeze the lemon juice and a little oil. Crush everything.
  2. With the help of a pestle or food grinder, we separately grind the oil with spices, garlic and herbs.
  3. Wash the Portobello mushrooms and lubricate the dried ones with spice oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Place the prepared Portobello mushrooms on the grill and bake for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. On top of the almost finished fried mushrooms, we place a strip of cheddar cheese under it to melt it.
  6. We bake burger buns next to it.
  7. After baking, we take a bun, apply the sauce, add the salad, tomato, fried Portobello mushroom, chopped onion, pickles and other bun.
