As of 21 July 2023, Kooperatinė Bendrovė Grybai LT (address Širvintos, Zibalų g. 37), a producer of organic soups, stews and canned vegetables, has become a part of the AB Linas Agro Group. During the transition period, products will still be available on the shelves under the AUGA brand, and in the future, these products will be labelled under other brands.

From 21 July 2023, Akcinė Bendrovė Kauno grūdai (Kaunas, H. ir O. Minkovskių g. 63), managed by AB Linas Agro Group, is responsible for the service of consumers of the products produced by Kooperatinė Bendrovė Grybai LT.
