Parsnips are very versatile and can be eaten raw, cooked, fried or marinated.
Our parsnips are grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. For cultivating the soil, we use only the most advanced machinery, min-till technology and crop rotation. Since parsnips are seasonal vegetables, we do not store them for long time. We carefully select each parsnip and transport them to supermarkets immediately after packing, thereby maintaining their freshness and excellent taste.
